Story
🐾 6/4/26 STRAY DOG FOUND IN LAKESIDE 🐾 This handsome boy was brought into the rescue this morning as a stray. He was found yesterday just outside of Lakeside, Oregon, near the corner of Son Lake Lane. He was very scared and unwilling to come to people. It took the kind gentleman who found him more than two hours to safely catch him. While he is understandably nervous right now, he appears to be a sweet and gentle boy. His back hips seem to be bothering him, though we don’t yet know if it’s due to arthritis or an injury. He appears to be middle-aged, likely around 7 years old. He has one brown eye, one blue eye, and the most adorable feet you’ve ever seen. He is a big, handsome boy who is clearly missing his family. If you recognize this dog or know who he belongs to, please contact Campbell Safe Haven Rescue & Rehabilitation at 541-404-7674 so we can help get him back home. Please share and help us reunite this sweet boy with his family!

Hello, I`m Jazzy! I`m about 2 years old and weigh 62 pounds. I have a medical waiver that staff can discuss with you further.Large dogs aren’t harder to love - sometimes they just need a little extra support. Ask us about our More to Love adoption resources for large breed dogs and puppies.I`m eligible for Greenhill`s Foster-to-Adopt Program! Through this program, you can foster me to see if we are a good match before committing to an adoption. Canine program staff can tell you more and you can learn more about this program here: www.green-hill.org/foster-to-adopt.Do you like...Dogs? I do! Please bring any dogs from home to meet me!Cats? Unknown. I would need slow introductions and supervised interactions to live with a feline friend. Kids? I am energetic and may knock over small children. 8+Anything else you`d like us to know, Jazzy? I am a very silly playful girl! I really love playing with other dogs and snuggling with my favorite humans!I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! Story
Bella Jane was found on 6/17/26 at West 1st Avenue and Premier Street. It is unknown if she is spayed at this time. If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time. The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information! Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road, Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503.
