Tyche was found on 5/23/2026 at the Lowell covered bridge in Lane County. She came into the shelter already spayed. If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time. The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information! Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road, Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. Hi, I`m Myron! I`m about 5 years old and weigh 86 pounds. I have a medical release that staff will discuss with you further.Do you like...Dogs? I`ve been nervous meeting new dogs at the shelter. Please bring any dogs in the home to meet me.Cats? Unknown. A slow introduction would help set us up for success.Kids? I would like to be around kids that can be respectful of me. 10+Anything else you`d like us to know, Myron? I can be nervous with new folks, but once we`ve had a minute to get to know each other, I`m a friendly guy!I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! If you think we would be a good match come on down and ask to meet me! I`m looking for my forever home and it could be with you!ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. Hello, I`m Rodger! I`m about 3 years old and weigh roughly 70 pounds. I have a medical waiver that talks about my skin. Staff will tell you all about it when you come to meet me.** Here is what a volunteer says about me:`Rodger is such a sweet, gentle giant. He has such soulful eyes.` **Do you like...Dogs? I have been a little nervous meeting new dogs here at the shelter. I would likely do best with a dog that can respect my space while I warm up. I need to meet any potential doggy family members before going home with them.Cats? It is unknown how I would do with cats. With a slow, proper introduction I might do well.Kids? I`m a pretty friendly guy and could get along with kiddos of all ages. I am working on not jumping and may knock down small children.Anything else you`d like us to know, Rodger? I`m just a friendly dude!I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Story
Meet Sydney, a serene and affectionate Belgian Malinois Shepherd mix with a heart as gentle as her gaze. Sydney is the definition of calm—nothing seems to faze her. She’s incredibly dog and cat friendly, and her low to medium energy level makes her a wonderful match for a peaceful home. Sydney is being fostered in a loving home in San Antonio, TX, where she gets along beautifully with her German Shepherd foster sister. Sydney walks beautifully on a leash and makes an excellent walking buddy for those who enjoy quiet neighborhood strolls. However, her true happy place is outside—she absolutely thrives in a yard where she can explore, relax, and enjoy nature. A home with outdoor space is a must for this sweet girl. Potty trained and polite, Sydney is well-mannered around the house. She's a little shy when meeting new people or visiting unfamiliar places, so she’ll need a patient and loving family willing to give her time to settle in. Once she trusts you, she’ll show you her soft, affectionate side and soak up every bit of attention you're willing to give. Sydney is also a cozy cuddle buddy—she loves curling up next to you on the couch for some quiet bonding time. While she’s not a fan of car rides, Sydney is happy living the homebody life. She’s currently looking for a foster or adopter in Central Texas who can offer her the calm, consistent environment she deserves. If you're looking for a gentle, loyal companion, Sydney is ready to make your heart her home. To see more pictures and videos of Sydney copy and paste this link, you can apply directly for Sydney by clicking the Apply for Adoption button on the linked page. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-550 All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle your new family member into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy and they'll respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

Story
We love our Ozzy boy and are sad to consider rehoming him. We had our first baby about a year and a half ago and have tried our best to make it work. Our biggest concern is him not getting enough stimulation anymore. He’s never gotten aggressive with our baby but he gets nervous when our baby goes towards him since babies don’t always know how to be gentle or behave around dogs. He loves his daily walks but his favorite thing is to be off leash and be able to roam. He has a sensitive stomach that he receives medicine for each night. We simply get a syringe and administer the medicine orally which he takes really well. It’s managed good at this point and his medicine is about $60 every month and a half. He has a big heart and we will miss him a lot. He has a super gentle nature and is instinctually a teddy bear even though he likes to act like he’s super tough. We want to rehome him to somebody post that can provide enough companionship and entertainment.

Story
Takoda is a good dog. Well behaved, always up for walks and is pretty calm. He is leash trained but I’ve also walked him without a leash an he stays with me. He loves playing with other dogs and has never started a fight. He is house trained, also He loves to just lay with you and watch tv. He gets along with cats, and does good with meeting new dogs. He don’t bark at people or other dogs. He can dig if anxious but he does not have a digging problem, he will dig a hole to lay in sometimes but don’t dig up plants or flowers or anything like that. I’ve had him a long time but can no longer take care of him. I would hate to drop him off at a shelter
