Story
Hello there, my name is Romeo! I came to Heartland as a transfer from Linn County Animal Control, so not much is known about my history. My friends here have noted I love to play, but can get jumpy so I am working on my manners, and will need continued training to be the best version of myself. I love treats, so that makes training easy! I am still learning how to play with other dogs, so slow introductions would really help my confidence. Ask to meet me today!

Story
Joy and her 4 siblings were born on 8/16/25. They are energetic dogs with high food drive. Joy was pretty fearful initially but has really come around. She's a true joy and loves her family and pack. She's neutral with strangers, dogs and people alike on her walk, which is pretty great. And she's incredible with the people who care for her and love her. Joy has extremely high food drive which makes training her a lot of fun. She loves to work and has mastered anything asked of her. Joy was tested with our cats and did well. If the cats just hang out she shows curiosity but then gets disinterested. With the right guidance she can definitely go to a home with kitties, especially ones that won't run. Joy runs through the woods with her pack like she's made for it and jumps over logs twice her height without any issues. She is awesome in her crate and sleeps through the night with zero potty accidents. She's learned basic commands, "place" training, and does well on leash. Due to the training she's received at our rescue, she's pretty impressive for a pup her age. Her adoption fee is $500. All puppies have been spayed/neutered, received age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, dewormed, and flea treated. Story
Frosty and his 4 siblings were born on 8/16/25. They are energetic dogs with high food drive. Frosty is a little more chill being the only boy. He's very loving with people and really enjoys hanging out with them. He has done extremely well meeting kids as young as 3 years old. He enjoys playing with other dogs even though he can be initially intimidated, but his foster has been working with him around her pack and he's doing fabulous. Frosty would do well with another balanced dog in the home. Frosty also has a lower prey drive than his siblings and has done well meeting cats. He is a "thick" boy and will be more on the stocky side. All puppies are awesome in their crate and are doing extremely well with potty training. They sleep through the night with no accidents. His adoption fee is $500. All puppies have been spayed/neutered, received age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, dewormed, and flea treated. Story
Adoption fee $350Weight: 68.8 lbsArrival Date: 11/5/25Microchip ID # 941010002879784¡Hola, amigos! I’m Dora! I’m an adventurous young shepherd mix ready to explore my way into your heart! With my big ears and curious spirit, I’m always ready for a new journey—whether it’s a hike through the backyard jungle, a trek to the treat cabinet, or a snuggle mission on the couch.I’m smart, energetic, and love learning new things (especially if there’s a snack involved). I’m still working on some basic training, but with a little guidance (and maybe a backpack full of goodies), I’ll be your loyal compañera in no time. I love to jump up and give kisses on your face, so I hope you love hugs! I also might do best in a household with older children as my strength and love for jumping can be a lot for any smaller friends. Sometimes I am very shy meeting men I`ve never met before, so please introduce yourself slowly! As long as you`ve got some treats, we`ll be great buds! So, are you ready to say “¡Vámonos!” and start our next big adventure together?
