Story
Due to an unavoidable move, I am urgently seeking a loving foster or forever home for my best friend, a 9-year-old purebred German Shorthaired Pointer. This is a no-fault rehoming. He is incredibly sweet, loyal, house-trained, and a calm companion who has been with me 24/7 for years. As a senior, he has some manageable skin and ear issues that require a vet visit to get him on the right track. My main goal is to find a stable, patient home that can provide him with the care he needs to be comfortable and happy. A small rehoming fee will apply to ensure he goes to a safe, serious home. Please send me a private message if you have a place in your heart for this wonderful, deserving dog. Thank you

Story
Hi there, I’m Cutter! (Short for Wadcutter, but only my foster mom calls me that when I’m being extra silly.) I’m a 7-month-old German Shorthaired Pointer with lots of playful puppy energy and a heart full of love. I’m on the lookout for my forever family—could that be you? I’ve already mastered “sit” (especially if there’s a treat involved!) and I’m working hard on “stay” and “lay.” I’ve also learned to use a doggy door and am starting to ring training bells when I need to go outside—smart, right? I would love a family who’s excited to keep up my training so I can become the best version of myself. I get along great with other dogs and love playing with my foster siblings. I haven’t met a cat yet, but I’m open to making new feline friends with a little guidance. My dream home includes an active family who can help me burn off my zoomies in a yard and maybe even a doggy sibling to play with! I come fully equipped for my next adventure: I’ll arrive with my own collar, leash, harness, toys, bedding, bowls, and even some food. My foster mom is also happy to loan you a kennel to help me settle in during the first few weeks. If you’ve got room in your heart (and your home) for a sweet, energetic pup like me, email ADOPT@VALLEYDOGS.ORG! I can’t wait to meet you! Love, Cutter 🐾
