Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.

Story
We’re searching for a kind and caring family to adopt a wonderful dog who deserves a second chance. My father found him abandoned as a puppy at his former workplace and took him in to give him a safe and loving home. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, he does not get along with my father’s other dog, making it difficult to keep him long-term. He is a good dog who simply needs the right environment where he can thrive and receive the love and attention he deserves. Our goal is to find him a forever home with a family who will cherish him. We would much rather see him go to a loving home than have to surrender him to a shelter, where we worry about his future. If you, or someone you know, may be interested in giving this sweet dog a second chance, please send me a message. We are happy to answer questions and provide more information. Please help us share this post so we can find him the loving family he deserves. ❤️

Story
Welcome Oaks to CCPAL Rescue foster program. Oaks is a 1.5 year old German Short haired pointer and German Shepherd. He is about 48 pounds and a good weight. He is good in a car, potty trained, doggy door trained and lives with six children starting at age 2. He also lives with 6 other dogs and does fine. He would be great with a family and children would be fine. We like them to be 8 or older. He is smart, laid back, good with other dogs and bonds deeply to his family. He is a little timid with strangers but comfortable with his people. His foster family is going to start taking him places so he can get used to changes in environment and other people. He is smart but he doesn’t like to retrieve like his sister does. He is a nice dog and naturally a little protective to his family. He would be great with a family that the dad travels and he wants to feel that his family is safe and taken care of. He is a moderate shedding dog and with his long legs would be a great walking or jogging companion. He is neutered, healthy and getting his vaccinations and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $300 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Zelda came to us from Kansas from a family member who was allergic to her. She is 6 years old. Zelda is extremely high energy and requires a lot of exercise and attention. Anyone familiar with GSP breeds knows they are high maintenance and require a lot. She loves being outdoors. She will play fetch for hours, (not great at catching the ball) but she will "hunt" the ball or toy if she looses it. Any body of water Zelda will jump in it except for baths. Doesn't tolerate nail trims very well. She can be very affectionate when she calms down. I want her to go to a home that is familiar with the breed and who can give her the attention and exercise she needs. She does not do well cooped up inside a house all day.

These pups are in Helotes, Texas too!

Story
Hello there, I'm Jasper. I'm a big-hearted guy, full of bravery and sweetness. My days are spent making friends, both human and canine. I love playtime, especially my Kong toys! But I'm equally content with quiet moments. I'd be more than willing to join you doing fun stuff together like walking, running or taking a training class. We could "bond"! Life has taught me to be resilient and to always keep my tail wagging. I have so much love to give and I promise to be the best companion. I hope to find a forever home where I can share my love and some sloppy kisses. Adopt me, and let's embark on a beautiful journey together.
