Story
Midas has been part of our family since he was 8 weeks old, and he has been a very loyal, loving companion. Now almost 11 and in his golden years, he spends his days happily lounging inside or exploring the backyard, always happiest when he’s close to his people. He loves human company and is very affectionate, he thrives on connection and simply being by your side. He has a chill & steady temperament (with occasional bursts of energy), is well behaved, knows all basic commands, and is super smart. He is crate trained but can also be trusted unattended inside, he doesn’t chew on things. He does fine with respectful children (we have 3) who understand his boundaries, and is ok with calm, gentle dogs for occasional play. With our current lifestyle, we’re struggling to give him the time and attention he deserves, and our hope is to find him a loving home where he can be someone’s devoted companion again. His transferable pet insurance covers 90% of some conditions well managed with meds.

Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.

Story
Abby is a very loving dog. She would not be good if cats or chickens are around…the hunter in her. She is good with other dogs. Abby is 8 years old. Her bad habit is counter surfing. She has been around babies and toddlers with no problem at all. Abby does not like getting her nails trimmed at all. Abby loves to snuggle. In case you are wondering, the collar around her neck is to trigger a door for her to go outside not for control.

Story
Harley is a 6 year old German short haired pointer and lab mix, he is a very sweet and loving dog with the right environment. Unfortunately our home his no longer that environment for him anymore. Harley has always been good with our two dogs (with an adjustment period and some training) up until we brought home a new born baby boy. Harley has since become so over-protective of the baby that he has lashed out at one of our other dogs. To be clear, Harley is great with humans but does take some work in order to be good with other animals, in our case about 6 months and a professional trainer. Harley would be a perfect for a single dog family, he loves to play and run around but also will snuggle when needed. Harley does come with a medical condition known as Addison's disease, currently he takes 10mg of Prednisone every morning with breakfast and he requires a Cortisol shot every 25 days, without these things the Addison's disease attacks his kidneys and liver and could be fatal.
