Story
Meet Anna!In the wise words of Agnes from Despicable Me, "It's so fluffy, I'm going to DIE!"Anna is exactly 2 years and 7 months old and weighs exactly 12.3lbs. 90% of that is fluff. She is made of cotton candy, teddy bear stuffing, and clouds. Anna has lived a sheltered life. She is very much not housebroken. She has no idea how to walk on a leash. We've thankfully progressed past the "alligator death roll and then stubborn pancake" stage but now we're in the "I'm going to velcro myself to you and get under your feet constantly" stage. Progress is progress so we'll take it.She's a sweet little cream puff but can be shy at first because everything is new and overwhelming but it doesn't take her long at all to warm up to new people. Once she does warm up, she's a lap snuggler. She's clingier than your ex. She'll go off on her own to investigate for, like, two minutes and then she's right back to having to be touching you at all times. She doesn't know any cues/commands or, at least, doesn't feel like showing off for us. She's intrigued by squeaky toys but doesn't really know what to do with them. Anna does very well with other dogs and it's the only time we've seen her actually act like a dog. She also does well with cats despite probably having no idea what they are. We would prefer kids 12+ just because she's such a nervous girl at first and is still learning about the world and we don't want to overwhelm her with the chaos some kids can bring. To apply, visit foreverpaws.com and click adopt to download our application.
