Story
Hey everyone, I'm Blitzen. I'm a 5-year-old, neutered, German Shorthaired Pointer that currently weighs around 68lbs. I'm a friendly and sweet guy with a good dose of energy! I love exploring the world, going on sniffaris, and chasing tennis balls! After I'm all tired out, I love to snuggle up close to you for some nice cuddle time. I would love to go home to a family that is adults only or one with dog-savvy teens, that has experience with working breeds like me. Please be ready to give me lots of exercise! Before going home, I would love to meet everyone in the household, including any resident dogs. If you're looking for an intelligent guy that is the whole package, come on over and ask for me! Blitzen #A0983131 I recently spent time with a PHS Volunteer! Here's how I did: Blitzen has a lot of bouncy puppy antics. He loves toys and enjoys having a variety of them. We started with a game of fetch with the ball and he literally returned it to my hand! Once he became bored with the ball, he helped himself to the toy closet (he can open the door). He thoroughly enjoyed a game of pretend hunting with the giant carrot. He is not shy about letting you know when he wants something from you. He is a loving boy and enjoys affection.
