🐈 Cat-friendly 🐈 Some things in life are just better together: tacos and Tuesdays… peanut butter and jelly… Odie and Sasha. 💙🩷 As a bonded pair, these two miniature Schnauzers do just about everything as a team. They play fetch together, wrestle over squeaky toys, and every night at bedtime, they happily curl up side by side in the same kennel. At almost 4 years old, Odie (27 pounds) and Sasha (14.5 pounds) have settled into that sweet spot where they're past the puppy stage but still have plenty of playful moments left. 🛝 Toss a ball, grab a toy, or invite them to snuggle on the couch, and these two are convinced they've hit the jackpot. Both are house-trained, crate-trained, and quick learners. Odie already knows "sit." Sasha would rather watch him do it. 😂 They enjoy car rides, get along well with most other dogs, and do well around cats (although if a cat suddenly decides to sprint across the room, they might decide it's worth investigating). What these two really want is a home where they can finally be the center of someone's world. 🌎 A fenced yard would be ideal, as would a family with children ages 10 and up. Because they're happiest soaking up attention, they'd likely do best with few – or no – other pets in the home. Their foster can't say enough good things about their gentle personalities and was especially impressed by how quickly they settled into a routine. After just one week, Odie and Sasha already knew exactly which kennel was theirs at bedtime and when it was time for their foster to head to work. If you think life is better with a Schnauzer (and twice as good with two!), then Odie and Sasha can’t wait to prove you right. 💙🩷 Their adoption fee is $225 for the pair. They’ll come to you spayed/neutered and microchipped, as well as current on vaccines and heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. Meet-and-greets will be scheduled with approved adopters. 🐕Apply to adopt at PawsitiveTailsKC.org🐕
