Meet Santiago! 🐾💛 Santiago is a 12-year-old poodle mix with a gentle soul, a loving heart, and the sweetest little bounce in his step. This easygoing senior proves that age is just a number—he’s still full of life, love, and plenty of personality. Santiago is incredibly affectionate and people-oriented. He truly thrives when he’s near his humans, whether he’s following you from room to room or relaxing close by. He also gets along beautifully with other animals of all kinds, making him a wonderful addition to a multi-pet home. Despite being a senior, Santiago is still spry and energetic—he enjoys his walks and has the cutest springy trot that will make you smile every time you see it. He’s also a big fan of food and treats, which makes bonding with him easy and fun. At home, Santiago does best when he feels included. If kenneled, he prefers being in a space where he can see people rather than being isolated. He sleeps soundly through the night and communicates in his own way—he’ll let you know when he needs to go out with soft whines and little circles. He does currently wear male diapers as he continues working on house training. Santiago is the perfect companion for someone looking for a loyal, low-key, and loving best friend. He may be in his golden years, but he still has so much joy, companionship, and warmth to share.
