Story
Meet Quill! 💙🐾 Quill is a 4-year-old, 21-pound Schnauzer with a shy nature and a warm, hopeful heart. He’s the most cheerful of the three brothers who were found dumped together—matted, scared, and abandoned… but despite his past, Quill’s happy little spirit still shines through. Quill is good with both people and other dogs, and he especially enjoys hanging out with female dogs. He loves cuddles, kisses, and gentle companionship, but he does best when other dogs around him aren’t playing rough, as that makes him uncomfortable. Because Quill is still building confidence, he will need a patient adopter who can give him time to settle in and feel safe. He’s currently afraid of crossing doorways and may hesitate with anything that changes texture (like transitioning from carpet to tile, stepping over thresholds, or climbing down from furniture). With reassurance and consistency, he can absolutely continue to improve. ✅ Crate trained — sleeps great in his crate 🚫 Not house trained yet — will need help learning a routine Quill is going to thrive in a calm home with loving people who understand that trust takes time—but once he bonds with you, you’ll have the sweetest little shadow.

Meet Dillamond! 🐾 Dillamond is a three-month-old, 9.5-pound schnauzer mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of potential. This sweet boy is very shy and will need a patient, loving home that’s willing to give him the time and reassurance he needs to blossom and build confidence at his own pace. Dillamond gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a friendly canine companion to help show him the ropes and boost his confidence. He’s already working hard on his puppy basics and is doing great—he’ll even sit by the door when he needs to go outside for potty breaks! With consistency, kindness, and lots of love, Dillamond is sure to come out of his shell and become a loyal, affectionate companion.
