This pup is the shelter’s very own Ziggy Stardust—a true “Starman”, adored by volunteers and friendly with other dogs. Despite a shelter stay that’s seen a few “Changes”, he’s still wagging his tail like a happy “Young Dog” (well… 5 years old, but close enough). He’s looking for a home where he can be your “Hero”, groove to some belly rubs, and maybe even dance! @vcanimalservices Sharing from a shelter volunteer: “Bowie is the husky/shepherd version of scooby doo ?? Goofy, clumsy, happy, and sweet! ?? Bowie is five years old, around 90 lbs, and an absolute joy. He loves playing with water and toys, walks nicely on a leash, and loves people. He’s a certified good boy! He’s been waiting for his forever family since April!” Available to adopt at Ventura County Animal Services in Southern California.
