Story
We are looking to find a new home for our sweet 5-year-old dog. He is a Golden Retriever / Cocker Spaniel mix (AKA "Sport Retriever"). Coloring is all black with a white tuft on his chest. He is a very sweet, cuddly dog who is house-trained, crate-trained, and gets along well with other dogs. The reason we are rehoming him is that he gets nervous around our young children. He has never shown aggression, but he is skittish and anxious around toddlers. With adults or children over around age 7, he is extremely comfortable and loves pets and cuddling. We don't think his quality of life in our household is as good as it could be elsewhere. He loves being around people and does struggle with being left alone for long periods, so he would do best with someone who is home during the day, or at the very least not away for extended time. We aren't asking for an adoption fee; we just want to find him a home where he can be comfortable and happy. Please message me if you are interested.

Story
Weight: 20LBS Meet Junior. At first glance, he’s like, “I don’t know about this… is this a trap?” 👀 But give him five minutes and suddenly he’s a full-blown goofball with zoomies, dramatic husky opinions, and fluffy affection launching into your lap. Junior may start out shy… but once you’re approved by the Floof Committee, you get unlimited cuddles, silly antics, and a certified good boy who loves HARD. 🐾 The one thing we all can agree on is that puppies are adorable. They're ready to give you unconditional love and all the snuggles your heart can handle. We really want to make sure that you've thought beyond their undeniable cuteness. Puppies need structure and training. They only know what we teach them. When you adopt from Humane FW, you'll receive two group setting puppy training classes that will teach you basic puppy manners. This will give you and your new best friend a head start on bonding.
