Hello, I`m Xena! I`m almost 2 years old and weigh roughly 56 pounds.** I still need to be spayed so when my forever family decides to adopt me I will be placed on hold. Then you can come pick me up after my surgery. **Do you like...Dogs? I love to play with other dogs who match my energy. I might be too much for some dogs. Any future doggie family members should come and meet me before we go home together.Cats? It is unknown how I would do around a cat. With a proper, slow introduction and some training I might be able to live with cats.Kids? I haven`t been around any kids at the shelter but I`m a super friendly dog. It is suspected I would do well with kids big enough I wouldn`t knock over during play. Suggested kids 6+.Anything else you`d like us to know, Xena? I`ve spent a lot of time in a foster home here at the shelter and I do great! I need a little training on some basic manners but overall I would be a fabulous pet for anyone who has time to love and play with me! I came into the shelter as a surrender and the above information is all recommendations based on my previous history and the behavior seen at the shelter. Expect to learn more about me after adoption.It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption.My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me!
