Max is one very cute boy! He has come such a long way from when he first arrived at MHS! We don’t know exactly what happened to Max. When he arrived he was very “skinny” and he had puncture wounds on his body and his tail was injured. But, we could already tell what a sweet and gentle soul he was. Since he has been with us he has put on some much needed weight. His puncture wounds are mostly healed now! He required surgery on his tail and it is healing nicely too! Max feels that he is ready to try to find his “forever” home! He has all of his vaccinations, he is heartworm negative, he has a microchip, and he has been neutered. Sweet Max is great with other dogs and people. He would like to have a home filled with family and lots of love!

Hidy do! My name is Patton! I am an “almost” one-year-old retriever mix. I was picked up by one of the kind Humane Deputies of Animal Control. I had been roaming around a neighborhood looking for food, shelter, and kindness. Someone called the shelter for a “pick up!” I rode to the shelter and when I arrived I was given a big clean dog run, a big bowl of food, and a nice comfy bed. Ahhhhhh…..I went straight to sleep and had some sweet dreams! Well, I was never claimed and I am now ready to meet some new folks! I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. I am such a handsome boy and sweet too! I hope I will be adopted soon!

Pepsi is a sweet one-year-old retriever mix who is looking for a new home. She was picked up by one of the nice deputies of Animal Control as she roamed in a neighborhood. Pepsi was never claimed by her owners and the shelter got her ready for adoption! She has all of her vaccinations, she is heartworm negative, she has a microchip, and she has been spayed. I don’t know if you happened to notice her ears or not, but they are magnificent! I bet she can pick up sound waves from miles away!!

Spike is a sweet, friendly boy that is in need of a new home. Spike was hanging out near some businesses and a day care center. Shop owners didn’t want Spike to get hurt in their parking lots or on the busy four-lane road where they were located, so they called the shelter for some help. Animal Control came out for Spike and made contact with his owner. Spike was signed over to the deputy and he is now in the market for a new home. Spike has all of his vaccinations, he is heartworm negative, he has a microchip, and he has been neutered. There is only one thing that might hold back Spike from finding a new home and that is his age. Spike is nine-years-old! He is a gentle senior boy that loves to find soft places to sleep, go for several walks each day, and snuggle up by his favorite person!

Kisses here! I am a beautiful tan and white girl that was recently picked up by Animal Control as I roamed in a neighborhood. I came back to the shelter where I was given a big dog run, a large bowl of food, and a nice comfy bed. Ahhhhh…..now that I have rested up I am ready got meet lots of new folks! I have all of my vaccinations, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. One slight problem did show up on my health check up. It seems that I am heartworm positive. No Problem! My treatment is already set up! I hope that someone will want to adopt me soon! I am an eighteen-month-old retriever mix and I want to spend the rest of my life with you!!
