A few things of note so she ends up in the right home: - On leash, she gets frustrated and excited when people or dogs are too far away to say hello. Nothing aggressive, just an overeager greeter, but she needs someone willing to work on calm leash manners with her. - She's a chewer and needs plenty of toys and mental stimulation to stay out of trouble. - She's high energy and needs an active household that can keep up and give her structure. - Good with kids, though she's still learning her own size and can be a bit bouncy. Best with older kids. Nova is a loyal, loving dog who needs the right people with the time and patience

Rosie's past wasn't kind to her. She was found wandering as a stray after what appears to have been years of being used to produce litter after litter of puppies before being discarded. DeeDee is a 10–12-month-old probable Labradoodle who is absolutely stunning—with one beautiful blue eye that is sure to catch your attention! She arrived on transport Saturday thanks to our friends at Help Four Paws out of Milton, Florida. We are so grateful for their help getting this sweet girl to us! our friends at Pavilion Crossing Animal Hospital were able to get her in right away so we could bring her up-to-date on shots, and while she was there, we snapped a few Halloween pics!! DeeDee is a delightful little soul who needs a little polish on her manners and leash skills. She loves her people so much that she likes to jump up to give hugs! She’ll need a family willing to help her learn to keep all four paws on the floor. For that reason, no small children, please. She weighs 35 lbs and could stand to gain a little weight. DeeDee needs a foster or pre-adopter, with priority given to pre-adopters! She must remain local—within approximately two hours of the Tampa, Riverview, Sarasota, or St. Petersburg area—so she can return for her scheduled spay.
