She is working on crate and potty training, and tends to be pretty mouthy. paisley loves waterAnd would love a home where she has the opportunity to swim or visit water often! We do not require fenced yards, except for case specific dogs. If interested in adopting, please fill out an application. We require all animals, animals to be fully vetted, including heartworm prevention. And all of our dogs adopted must be kept on heartworm Prevention year-round for their entire lives. We require all adopted dogs to be trained with positive reinforcement only, and do not allow prong shock, choke, or pinch collars

Chase is a purebred Golden Retriever who is an amazing dog! We have had to move to a small townhome, and Chase is just too used to living outside and on a farm. He lived on a farm for the first 5 years of his life and is not adjusting well to apartment living. Chase needs a family, with or without kids, (we have 2 small kids he loves) with land or a large backyard. As a farm dog, Chase is not compatible with cats or other small animals. He will eat any small animals. He is very anxious in our small apartment. Scared of the stairs, fridge, and many louder noises. He will thrive living in a home with loads of space to roam! UTD on vaccines, not neutered, and has had a recent dental.

Selective on other dogs he just likes your full attention. Bear knows sit and he is kennel trained and potty. He is smart fun and very sweet and wants to be stuck to you like glue. When he first meets you, he sometimes feels overwhelmed and can bark but it doesn’t take long before he becomes your best friend and buddy glued to your hip. Pablo Lucas was born April 8,2023 to my dog Bodhi, a pitbull rescue. His dad is a purebred Golden Retriever. He is wonderful with kids and other animals. He is neutered, fully vaccinated. Sadly I need to rehome him because it’s just becoming too much as an amputee parent of two young children. He will make an amazing addition to someone’s family where he can get the love and attention he needs. He’s got a silly personality- he loves to cuddle, he even does somersaults and we always laughed. He’s very intelligent and he LOVES giving hugs.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Charlie!  He is a breed and has a temperament unheard of at a Rescue.   He is 3/4 Golden retriever and 1/4 Lab.  He looks like a purebred.   Will be  neutered on May 25th but otherwise UTD on vet care.He is 1 1/2 years old, house and crate trained.   Acts like a puppy.  No real drawbacks.  Healthy, happy and heartbroken his family had to surrender.  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
