Apollo is Ready for Liftoff… Again! ??Meet Apollo, our handsome 4-year-old Lab mix who is neutered, ready to go home, and preparing for his next mission: finding his true forever family.Apollo was previously adopted from us, but through absolutely no fault of his own, he’s back at the shelter. While we’re happy to have him safe with us again, we know he deserves a home where he can finally stay for good. This sweet boy is more than ready to trade kennel life for couch life.Like any respectable Lab mix, Apollo runs on treats. Training snacks, reward snacks, “just because you’re cute” snacks… he’s not picky. If you’ve got treats, you’ve got his attention.Apollo is a bit of an independent explorer. He’d love a home where he can roam around, check things out, and do his own thing—but when he decides it’s cuddle time, he fully expects a cozy spot and some well-deserved affection. Think of him as the kind of dog who says, “I love you… but also I have important sniffing business to attend to.”While Apollo enjoys his independence, he can also experience a little separation anxiety when inside, so a patient home that can help him feel safe and secure when left alone will help him thrive.When it comes to other dogs, Apollo can be a little particular about his friends, so meet and greets with any resident dogs will be required to make sure everyone gets along before heading home together.Apollo has already packed his bags and is ready to make his great escape from the shelter—this time hopefully for good. Story
Maggie is a Golden Retriever/Labrador born around April 12, 2019.  Maggie is housetrained, leash trained, and lived most of her life in an assisted living facility.  She's looking for a gentle home that will give her time to decompress and readjust. Maggie requires a secure fence with a locked, secure gate.  The suggested adoption fee for Maggie is $315. Bullies-N-Beyond ResQ Inc. is a 501(c)3, non-profit corporation that is 100% volunteer operated. Adoption donation fees are the primary source of funding for the cost of veterinary care for our animals. All dogs adopted through BNBR will have been administered their age appropriate vaccines which may include DHPP, Rabies, Lepto and Bordetella. All dogs will also be adopted out as already altered if of age, for those not of age, a voucher will be provided. The adoptions for all of our animals will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person. We do not ship or deliver. BNBR does not adopt on a first serve basis. All available dogs are adopted based on their needs to provide the best fit home. ##2677800##
