It is with a heavy heart that I am looking to rehome my dog. He is a healthy, gentle, and loving older dog who still enjoys being playful, but he's also reached the stage where he appreciates a good nap and a quiet place to relax. In the four years I've had him, I can count on one hand the number of times I've heard him bark. He is incredibly calm and easygoing. As he's gotten older, he has developed some separation anxiety, and unfortunately my schedule no longer allows me to give him the time, attention, and companionship he deserves. Because of that, I feel it's only fair to find him a home where his needs can be better met. He rides great in the car, walks nicely on a leash without pulling, and generally keeps to himself. He doesn't pay much attention to other dogs and prefers doing his own thing, but he can sometimes play a little rough. Because of this, I believe he would do best as the only pet in the home.
