Story
A mama dog left 5 puppies on our property last year. We found homes for three of them and kept two females. They are sweet, highly bonded, housebroken, and great pets. Unfortunately just recently , Belle started showing litter mate syndrome and resource guarding with her sister. Belle has always been a great dog this new behavior just arose in the past couple weeks... we recently moved from out of state after my spouse passed away. The dogs were transported open kennel from California to Texas and then resided for a few weeks at an area dog ranch while we were closing on our new home. She loves everyone but especially men... she's sweet and smart. I'm saddened by this condition that has affected our pups and am hopeful that she will be adopted quickly into a new home. Thank you for your consideration and would love for you to meet our Belle.

Story
PLEASE READ:::My son and I adopted Tucker from the Bastrop Animal Shelter as a puppy. My son would be leaving for college and moving so he felt he needed some sort of emotional support. His first year at college one of his roommates (randomly chosen) was allergic to dogs. My son found a friend to keep him until his lease was up. He then moved out and got 3 new roommates all that really liked Tucker. My son is going to college, work, church, and of course his personal time with friends. He spends as much time as he can with Tucker but it isn't enough. Tucker is either kenneled throughout most the day or is cooped up inside. My son is very much involved in the church and has found friends to watch Tucker when there are weekend outings. Tucker has been aggressive with most everyone who has kept him and we feel he needs some type of training which we can't afford. Therefore, we have made a hard decision to surrender him to the best, loving home. He will need to be the ONLY pet in the home.

Story
This is Diamond, she is an 8 year old female Miniature Golden Retriever Labrador mix. My husband and I are moving so we cannot afford to take her with us. She is spayed, caught up on her rabies shot, and has a metal plate in her leg from a car accident when she was young. Regardless of this, she is fully healed and has full mobility. She is an older gal so she may have potential medical conditions. Meaning we would need her to go to someone willing and financially able to care for her. Diamond’s birthday is Valentine’s Day which is very fitting given how loving and affectionate she is. She is a sweet girl who’s full of energy and loves attention, treats, and playing with the hose. Our top priority is making sure she finds a safe, stable, and loving home with people who will cherish her the way she deserves.

Story
This is Leia! She is a 5 month old Golden Retriever Lab. I am looking for a new home for her, the only reason being that I cannot care for her the way that I want to. She is the sweetest dog I have ever had; she is housebroken, kennel trained, and used to walking on a leash. She does know simple commands. She is not aggressive at all and from my experience with family, very good with kids.
