Story
This is a truly loving and gentle Goldendoodle who absolutely thrives on spending time cuddling and playing with his family. He possesses a wonderful temperament, making him an ideal companion for children. He loves playing with his toys, being outside, and going for car rides. Onyx is a dog who truly thrives in a home environment where he receives plenty of attention and lots of love. He generally gets along well with other dogs, but keeping in mind he comes from a home of being the only dog. Onyx is house trained, crate trained, leash trained but does good off the leash too. He understands basic commands. Onyx does experience separation anxiety. Onyx is not neutered and is due for vaccination in April 2026. He does have a sensitive stomach which is common in Goldendoodles. Only medication required is the normal monthly heartworm prevention meds.

Story
I am looking for the right home for Moose, my 4-year-old lovable standard Goldendoodle. This has been a very difficult decision and one that truly breaks my heart, but I want to make sure he ends up in a home where he can get the time and attention he deserves. When I first got Moose, I was single and able to devote a lot of time to him. Since then, my family has grown and our schedule has become extremely busy with two kids involved in competitive sports. Because of this, Moose is not getting the level of attention, activity, and engagement he is used to. I can tell this is not what is best for him, and as painful as it is, I know he would be happier and less stressed in the right environment. Moose is a very smart, energetic dog who thrives when he has plenty of interaction, exercise, and structure. With our current schedule, I feel it would be best for him to be in a home where someone has more time to give him the activity and attention he enjoys and deserves.
