Story
Bailey is a cutie male FB1 Goldendoodle. He will be 6rys old in September. He’s happy and loves to play. He greets everyone excitedly at the door (but also likes to jump on our guests). He has been trained for commands like, sit; stay; come; down; “take a break” (which means try and use the potty). He has never been allowed on furniture or our bed. He sleeps in a dog bed in our room. The reason we are looking to rehome him is that he’s 65 pounds and strong. He has a TON of energy and it’s hard for me and my husband (who are in our mid-50’s) to sometimes handle him. He does require playing and walks because he is high energy. He’s never been aggressive (not even with his food). Also, since our kids have left home, we are traveling more. He is needy for attention (we kind of like that part of him). He likes to be petted and will follow you around the house. He has never had health issues.

Story
We adopted Kokomo about 4 years ago. She was a very nervous and scared pup. She has came such a long way though. She is about 7 years old now. She loves people and loves attention. Which is why we have decided that it would be best to find a home that can give her lots of attention.We are traveling more now and our jobs make it difficult to give her the time she deserves. She will come with her very nice crate ( which is her safe spot). And a dog grooming machine. Koko would do best with someone who is home most of the time and doesn’t have small children. She has never been aggressive toward children or other animals, she just gets nervous and tries to hide when she’s overwhelmed. She would love to have someone to follow around and be their shadow.

Story
Clooney is a 2 year old poodle mix. He is very sweet with humans, but it takes him a little bit to warm up to new people. Clooney loves to play fetch, definitely one of his favorite things ever. He is housebroken and has had no accidents here since being housed without other dogs. Clooney prefers to be the only pet in a home. He has lived with other dogs of all sizes - but it really seems to stress him and make him snappy with other animals. At this point he’s really hoping for a family where he is the spoiled child of the family and doesn’t have to share. Clooney should not live with cats or smaller dogs. He loves to romp, run, and fetch - so a fenced yard is a plus. He is low energy for his age, and needs a family who is committed to getting him groomed every six weeks. Honestly a great boy looking for a special family to call his own.

Meet Chloe!Chloe is a 1 year old Saint Bernard/ Poodle mix. Shes a happy, healthy girl full of energy. Chloe is a taller, lean girl who weighs about 55lbs, though she looks much bigger. She loves the company of other dogs and people, and is all around a sweet lady. Shes working on crate training, potty training, and basic manners (shes doing great!). Chloe is a typical energetic doodle, and would thrive in an active home who can provide her with plenty of activity and enrichment. Her new owner will need to be familiar with grooming needs she will have.Chloe is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and current on flea/heartworm prevention. We arent really sure whose idea it was to mix a Great Pyrenees with a poodle... but here we are. Meet Swiffer! Swiffer is a floofy and goofy guy who is happy as a clam with his people. He is friendly and sweet, though he can be a smidge shy when first meeting someone new. Hes a good companion and will keep you entertained. He loves people and does well with female dogs and most males too, though he can be a little selective with males. Swiffer will of course have grooming needs, so you will need to be ready to brush. A lot. And hair cuts will certainly be needed. He is currently a year and an half old and 60lbs. He is fully vetted and ready for a home! To adopt Swiffer, apply today at farfetcheddogrescue.org.
