Story
Introducing Benny (b. 2022). He is a stunning young Goldendoodle looking for love. Benny enjoys playing with children of all ages. Fetch is his favorite game and he would love a home with a fenced yard. Benny is housebroken and does not like to spend time in a crate. He is a young pup and would benefit from working with a trainer. Benny prefers to dine alone and may need some space during mealtimes. He does best when he is with his humans and would be thrilled if they were home with him during the day. He can be slow to warm up to people and prefers women. If you have time and energy, Benny is your guy. Let's plan a meet up and Benny can bring a ball.  The suggested adoption donation for Benny is $400, which includes a lifetime of free relationship-based training for any behavioral problems (not obedience training). Muddy Paws is a 501c3 non-profit organization meaning that part of your donation MAY be TAX DEDUCTIBLE. We are a 100% volunteer rescue committed to giving animals a second chance at life. All donations go toward that mission. Adoption fees are the primary source of funding for the cost of veterinary care for our animals.  In 2022 alone, we provided animal Healthcare totaling over $390,000 covered mainly through adoption fees. Information about the adoption process: All adoptions require a completed ADOPTION APPLICATION. Once your application has completed our prescreen steps, we will put you in touch with the animal’s foster to see if you and the pet are a good match. If so, we will arrange a meeting for you and the animal. The adoptions for all of our animals will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person. We do not ship or deliver.  Please Note: We are a RESCUE, which is different from a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks, and a Home Visit (Virtual in some cases)  during the application approval process. We always select the right applicant for each animal, based on the animal’s needs. If you and the animal are not a good match, we will help you select another animal, or we will keep your approved application on file for 6 months.  To learn about Muddy Paws Last Chance Rescue or donate to our animals, please visit our website at MuddyPawsSecondChanceRescue.com or our Facebook Page Muddy Paws Second Chance Rescue Inc. ##1988641##

Story
We bought Moses from Tulley’s Kennel spontaneously when we went there to show our 2 year old some cute puppies. Fast forward about 7 months and we have realized that we do not have the time to give him the care and attention he deserves. He loves children and is good around our cat (but he will pounce on a kitty!), and is neighborly with the dogs in adjacent yards. He is extremely lovey and wants to be a lap dog, but needs leash training and lots of walks to curb his energy. He’s house broken, but still a baby so accidents will still happen. He’s kennel trained in part, highly intelligent, and just plain beautiful, inside and out. We wish our circumstances were different because he’s truly one in a million.

Story
10 month old male Very sweet and loving Wants to be a lap dog High energy Intelligent Great with children (ours are 3 & 5) Good around other animals We are an incredibly busy family and bit off more than we can chew with a puppy. He deserves a family that has time to walk him, play with him, and give him the attention he loves so much!
