Story
Bishop will be 3 4/19/25. He is a sensitive soul and a true scooby doo. He is 185 lbs of love but scared of his own shadow. He loves to be with people. He does not get along with his brother and is a resource guarder so we keep them separated. He does okay with his sister. Both Danes. He does have a high prey drive so he will chase the cat if he runs. An ideal house would be where he is the only male and can be the alpha. No small children as he doesn’t respect his size at all. He does know sit, lay down, wait(stay) does these commands better with treats. He is good on a leash. He puts himself to bed on his dog bed around 8 every night. It pains us to rehome him but our daughter and grandson need to move home and we have safety concerns with an infant and 2 male dogs that don’t get along.

Story
Leia is a gentle giant. She is close to 125 pounds and is a year and 8 months old. Her father is an English Mastiff and her mother is a great dane. She is one of the sweetest doggos you will ever meet. But don't let her size, big ole meat head and deep bark fool you. She loves hugs and cuddles and playing with her overly large tennis ball. She wants someone to play with so bad but our cats and corgi are too scared of her size. She's great on a leash for the most part and knows place and sit but is very stubborn in actually doing them. We are rehoming her because she needs more than we can give her; room to run and more activity. We are looking for a family that will give her the love and room to be herself. We got her as a puppy as I have always loved big dogs and had them around my whole life and try as hard as we could to make it work, we recognize that she needs more than what we can give her with our busy lifestyle. Tarz is a 2-1/2-year-old Great Dane/Cur mix. Tarz was returned to us earlier this year when his owner could no longer have him where they lived. He's a big boy and is incredibly sweet. He's a fast-learner and food motivated. He gets along with other dogs and is playful. He does have separation anxiety so will need a home who has the time to work through this or one where is not left alone often.Visit us at the Gainesville Petsmart on Archer Rd Saturdays 11 am to 5 pm and Sundays Noon to 5 pm. This big guy is ready to give you big love! Iggy is a Great Dane mix, about 6 years old and 130 pounds, with a gorgeous blue-merle coat. He knows how to sit, is mostly housetrained, and has a sweet, mellow personality. He needs a home with no kids smaller than he is, or younger than 15. He came from a farm, but we think he`d even do well in an apartment because he`s not very active. He`s good on his leash and he`s already neutered, microchipped and up to date on his shots. He was a big hit on WJXT`s River City Live, and we think he`ll be a big hit with you too! Please come on over and meet Iggy!
