Morningstar loves playing catch, going on walks and lots of attention. He is pretty chill when left home alone in his crate, once he gets used to a new place. This guy is still full of puppy energy and needs help channeling it for good. Long walks and structured play will go a long way to helping him be the best boy. Morningstar is a lover: new people, dogs, kids even cats...he loves everyone.

Story
Every Great Dane lover says they want a gentle giant. Daisy is exactly that.Daisy is a stunning 104-pound Great Dane with a gentle soul and a heart every bit as big as she is. She's ready to find a family who will love her forever.Like many Great Danes, Daisy is happiest when she's close to her people. She has a calm, affectionate personality and the kind of quiet companionship that makes this breed so beloved. Whether she's relaxing by your side or stretching her long legs outside, Daisy simply wants to be where her family is.One thing everyone notices about Daisy? She barely sheds. Seriously. If you've always admired Great Danes but worried about the hair, Daisy may surprise you. Her foster family says she's the lowest-shedding dog they've ever had.Daisy has also come a long way physically. With good nutrition, consistent care, and regular exercise, she's stronger and healthier than ever. Her foster has been taking her to a nearby field where she loves to run and play, and the paw she once favored has become almost a non-issue. In fact, if Daisy had her way, she'd happily head back to the field three times a day! She would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys giving their dog daily walks, adventures, and time to explore.Daisy does have environmental and allergy-related medical needs that require lifelong management. The good news is that her allergies are currently very well controlled, and she's feeling great thanks to her treatment plan. Her adopter will need to continue:Hill's Prescription Hydrolyzed DietDaily Zenrelia for allergy managementTacrolimus as prescribedWeekly ear cleanings with TrizULTRA + KetoHer ongoing care is an important commitment, but it's one that allows Daisy to live a happy, comfortable, active life.Daisy is looking for someone who understands that loving a dog means caring for all of them, through both the easy and the challenging moments. In return, you'll gain a loyal, loving gentle giant who will fill your home with companionship, quiet affection, and plenty of unforgettable moments. If you're ready to open your heart to an incredible Great Dane, Daisy is ready to meet you. Before adoption, all Boxers & Buddies dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped. Every dog is lovingly cared for in a foster home where they are treated like family while practicing socialization skills. After submitting an application, our team will contact you within 24 hours. The adoption process includes an interview, home check, and meet-and-greet. All household dogs must attend the meet-and-greet. Renters must provide proof that dogs are permitted by their lease, and adopters are required to complete a training course with a certified positive reinforcement trainer. We require professional obedience training from a certified trainer for ALL adoptions.
