Meet Misty! She's a smart lady who is smart as a whip! She's crate trained, mastered many commands (sit, down, off, mat, enough, go to your room, here, all done- more than most kids :). She loves to run, play fetch and be wherever you are! She's a year and a half old, and was lucky enough to have professional training donated to help her find her forever home. Whoever adopts her will receive at least one free hand off session from her trainer to help her transition go perfectly! Her ideal family would be somewhat active (she needs to run around a yard at least a few times per day). She gets along well with other dogs, but calmer dogs are best. Misty loves to play, but she can get very excited if the other dog is too energetic! She would do well with older children. Younger children and cats would require a lot of supervision. Her trainer thinks she would be a great agility dog, but she is smart enough to do anything you want to train her to do! She will require some active parenting to teach her the rules of your house, because she is so smart, she may try to make her own activities if nothing fun is provided! She's potty trained now (we had some overnight accidents until she started going in her crate at night). She's a great dog with a good head on her shoulders, and she wants to know if you are the one for her! $200 In State Adoption Fee (in Texas) $400 Out of State Fee (includes Transportation to your area) $50 Temporary fuel surcharge.

He’s a handsome boy who is an owner release to our shelter, and while very sad to be living with us after having a home, he is enjoying being the apple of the shelter staff's eyes. This dapper gentleman has a sweet frosted face, the only sign of his older age. This Great Dane /mix is still treat motivated, meaning you can easily win him over with treats, but he also adores the adoration of his fans (there are many of us! ) – he lives for love and attention. Your smiles and cuddles and making a fuss over him will work almost as well as those tasty tidbits. If you’re looking for the perfect cuddly senior companion to keep you warm this winter, look no further than COLE. He is a golden boy with a golden heart! Eli is a very loving dog that loves laying on the couch and watching tv! He likes sleeping in the bed with you but tends to be a bed hog! He loves playing but does get on the rougher side of playing at times. He is house trained and knows a couple of basic commands. He will be 5 years old the day after Christmas. He thinks he is a lap dog and has no concept of how big he actually is. Here recently him and his brother have not been getting along so I have to keep them separated at all times. Both of them cannot be out and about in the house at the same time. I do not have the yard for him to be able to run and play like he should and now it's winter so I cant let one be outside on the chain while the other is out free in the house. With the extra hours at work lately he is having to spend more and more time in the kennel and for a dog his size it is not fair. He loves pup cups and car rides.

Boss is a very loving and sweet dog. He loves to cuddle and knows a few basic commands. He is good with kids and loves licking them in the face. He will be 5 years old the day after Christmas. He does not realize that he is not a lap dog and is completely unaware of his size! Lol Him and his brother recently started not getting along so I have to keep the separated at all times. Both of them cannot be out and about in the house at the same time. He has become increasingly jealous of his brother and any attention he gets which causes him to act out and have accidents in the house. I do not have a big enough yard for him. It is not fair for him to not have the room he needs to run and play. With the longer hours I have at work it is causing him to have more time in his kennel which is not fair for a dog his size. He does well on car rides and enjoys looking out the window! Walks well on a leash and harness.
