Meet Misty! She's a smart lady who is smart as a whip! She's crate trained, mastered many commands (sit, down, off, mat, enough, go to your room, here, all done- more than most kids :). She loves to run, play fetch and be wherever you are! She's a year and a half old, and was lucky enough to have professional training donated to help her find her forever home. Whoever adopts her will receive at least one free hand off session from her trainer to help her transition go perfectly! Her ideal family would be somewhat active (she needs to run around a yard at least a few times per day). She gets along well with other dogs, but calmer dogs are best. Misty loves to play, but she can get very excited if the other dog is too energetic! She would do well with older children. Younger children and cats would require a lot of supervision. Her trainer thinks she would be a great agility dog, but she is smart enough to do anything you want to train her to do! She will require some active parenting to teach her the rules of your house, because she is so smart, she may try to make her own activities if nothing fun is provided! She's potty trained now (we had some overnight accidents until she started going in her crate at night). She's a great dog with a good head on her shoulders, and she wants to know if you are the one for her! $200 In State Adoption Fee (in Texas) $400 Out of State Fee (includes Transportation to your area) $50 Temporary fuel surcharge.

This boy was picked up as a stray, and somehow we got lucky enough to meet the sweetest, silliest, most ridiculously fun pup ever. Jeremy is pure joy… and chaos… and more noodle than dog sometimes. Seriously, trying to photograph him is like trying to catch a tornado in a picture frame. What does Jeremy love? ~ Toys (he will steal yours if you’re not careful) ~ Pets (he melts into a puddle of love the second you touch him) ~ Galloping around the play yard like he’s a horse He walks well on a leash, greets new people like a superstar, and has the most adorable “panda eye” markings that hide his secret stash of ears and eyes. Honestly, you have to meet him in person to witness the full Jeremy experience …. he’s all charm, zero chill, and guaranteed to make you laugh. Jeremy would love to be your faithful, oversized, slightly clumsy companion. He’s dog-friendly, would do well with older kids who don’t mind being occasionally knocked over by love, and may even be cat-friendly (we can cat-test for serious inquiries). Meet Mikey — The not-so-Gentle Giant Who Hasn't Figured Out His Size Yet! This handsome 1-year-old Great Dane is looking for his forever home, and he is a lot of dog in the best possible way. At around 100 pounds (and still acting like a lapdog), Mikey is an affectionate, energetic young man who will absolutely be your shadow, your leaning post, and your personal space invader. If you've ever wanted a dog who is deeply, enthusiastically devoted to you, look no further. The good stuff: Mikey is potty trained, crate trained and knows his sit and down commands. He walks reasonably well on a leash and loves other confident, large dogs. He's a total sweetheart who just wants to be near his people — and by near, we mean on you. The real talk: Mikey is a giant puppy with giant puppy energy, and he needs a home that's ready for that. He jumps, he's mouthy, he's exactly the height of the kitchen counter and the concept of personal space is completely lost on him. He sheds, he drools, and he will lean into you with his full body weight because he loves you very, very much. He will need continued obedience training — he's got the foundation; he just needs someone to build on it. He has a couple of food sensitivities, but his diet is very manageable with off-the-shelf foods (without chicken or peanut butter). Your socks should also probably be kept out of reach — ask us about the baby sock incident. It involves Mikey's enormous mouth and a very fast rescue operation. Mikey is best suited for a home without small dogs, cats, or young children. Confident teenagers who are comfortable around big, bouncy dogs are just fine by him. You are an ideal match if you: Have experience with large or giant breeds Have an active lifestyle and can match his energy Don't mind a little drool on your jeans Are committed to ongoing training needs Have room in your home and heart for a big, loveable goofball Mikey has so much love to give and is going to make someone an incredible companion.
