Once sick, terrified, and nearly furless from mange and severe infections, they fought their way back to health with the help of devoted veterinary care and a loving rescue team. Their brother sadly didn’t survive, but these two little survivors spent a month in the hospital proving just how strong and determined they are.Today, Mochi and Tofu are happy, playful, and full of life. Their coats have grown back beautifully, with only a couple of thin spots still catching up — a reminder of how far they’ve come. Now in their foster home, they’re discovering that the world can be safe, fun, and filled with love.Life for these pups is all about routine and joy: breakfast and outdoor play in the morning, cozy crate naps while foster mom is at work, and then dinner followed by more puppy antics before bed. This requirement is for the benefit of you and your puppy, so if you experience behavior issues, you have a point of contact. PLEASE—Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so crucial in this puppy's life.
