Zeus just turned five years old and he was found as a stray in 2023. He is very smart and learns fast. He loves to be with people and seems to get along with other dogs. We would say older children because of his size only. He is a favorite of staff and volunteers. He is always happy and ready for hugs, walks and treats. Come see him it's hard not to fall in love with him.Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up-to-date on heart-worm and flea/tick preventative, heartworm test which includes tick disease testing (if over 6 months), 24Petwatch microchip with registration, fecal analysis and health check before adoption, and spayed or neutered-if not already, a voucher is provided which will cover the cost. He enjoys long walks, playing with his plush toys, and rough housing with his foster sisters. Rodeo is well mannered and has shown to be kennel and house trained. This big boy would do well in a house or apartment. However, Rodeo will need an extra tall fence around his yard as he has shown to be an Olympic hurdler! Kirby is an 8 month old, 40ish lb Great Dane/Border Collie mix, but the breed mix is just our best guess. She is growing like a weed, and we think she will weigh about 75 lbs when full grown. Kirby is going thru her long legged, lanky, clumsy puppy stage, and she is so much fun! Kirby is friendly with everyone she meets, people and other dogs included. She is playful, smart, super sweet and cuddly. Kirby still jumps up when excited, so we are recommending no kids under the age of 6. She loves to sleep snuggled up to the resident dog at her foster home. She would love to have another dog in her new home, but she will be fine as an only dog too, as long as her people are home most of the time. Kirby is completely potty trained, and she is smart and ready to learn new things, especially for a little treat as a reward. 529 days without a forever home. 529 days ago Razoo came into the shelter as a stray and he’s been looking for his place in this world ever since. He survived the streets. He survived the euthanasia list. He survived heartworm treatment. He’s learned what it’s like to live inside a home and that there are good humans out there who won’t hurt him. Now he just needs HIS human to find him🖤. ————————————————————— Razoo is 3 years old, 80 pounds, neutered, fully-vaccinated, microchipped, house-trained, crate-trained, and been treated for heartworms. He has done well with the other dogs in his foster home and loves his person (he will show you how much he loves you by wrapping his long arms around your entire body). When he came into the shelter he was terrified of being leashed. His foster has been dedicated to his training and desensitizing him to collars, leashes, etc. He has made leaps and bounds in his progress and he happily wore a bow tie for his photo shoot and gladly accepted head scratches from the photographer.
