Story
Meet David, a big bundle of puppy love! David is an adorable clumsy boy that is always up for adventure. David is affectionate, friendly and loves nothing more than a good cuddle. He's also funny, and smart, making him the perfect companion for any family. David is great with other dogs, so he'd be happy to join a pack or be your one and only. This pup is an all-around charmer and is sure to bring endless love and joy to his forever home. He weighs over 65lbs and could be over 100lbs as an adult. Our vet believes them to be Lab/Great Dane. Transport is included in our adoption fees; all fees are paid at pick-up. David has a sponsor and his total adoption fee including transport is $250. Next transport is April 24/25th. David has recently been neutered, he is Heart Worm negative, on preventative and up to date on vaccines. Story
Meet Libby, a 5-year-old Great Dane/Mastiff mix with a heart as big as her paws and a soul just waiting to blossom. While she might startle you with a big, booming bark when she`s feeling unsure, anyone who takes a moment to look past that initial worry will see the gentle, sensitive girl underneath who is just looking for safety. She takes a little time to realize she’s safe in new surroundings, but the moment she warms up, she makes every single second of the wait worth it.Food is the ultimate language of love for Libby: a pocket full of tasty treats is the quickest way to her heart and the perfect way to build her confidence as she learns to trust the world around her.Because we want to set this sweet giant up for the ultimate success, she’ll do best with a patient family dedicated to giving her a quiet, structured decompression period to settle in at her own pace. Libby is completely ready to be the center of your world and would absolutely love to be your one-and-only spoiled girl, though we`re always happy to chat about how she might do with another calm dog. She is also working through some easily managed skin sensitivities with our vet team and is already feeling so much better. Once Libby knows she is home, you will have the most fiercely loyal, affectionate companion imaginable right by your side. If you have a patient heart, Libby is ready to be your forever shadow.Libby is spayed and has received core vaccinations (bordetella, canine distemper, rabies), flea + tick preventative, dewormed, and is microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Libby, reach out to us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org.
