Story
Hi, my name is Chloe! I am a beautiful Dane looking to melt all the hearts out here in frozen Wisconsin! I have one of the calmest sweet demeanors ever! I like to follow you around the house and smells all of the new smells.I have met kids, cats, and other dogs and I am gentle and lovable with them all! I love playing with the other dogs, the cats love rubbing against me, and I love to follow all the kids around. Even the tiny crawling baby who smells funny! 😄I am about a year and a half old. And I am guessed to be a Great Dane mix (however who really knows), weighing in around 80# currently. I am up to date on all my vaccines and already spayed! Do you have a big ole spot in your heart for me? I can’t wait to fill it! An online application can be found at SandiPaws.org ask for me ChloeThank you for choosing SandiPaws Rescue. Story
Dane is a stunning blue merle great dane mix. He is about 8 months old and great with dogs of all sizes and with cats. He was rescued from a small rural shelter where he was slated to be euthanized due to time and space. He is a chill dude who likes to nap, go on walks and hang with his friends. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Note: No dogs are advertised as potty-trained because most dogs need at least some re-training in a new environment and after being in a shelter/rescue environment/strays. www.facebook.com/desideratarescue(copy and paste into a new browser window) Transport locations: - Washington State (Kennewick, Spokane, Tumwater, Tacoma, Tukwila, Lynnwood/Edmonds, Bellingham) - Oregon (Portland and Springfield) - Colorado (Ft Lupton) - Idaho (Heyburn and Boise/Meridian) - Utah (Ogden) - Wyoming (Evanston, Rock Springs, Laramie) - Montana (Missoula) - Illinois (Vandalia, Springfield, Chicago) - Indiana (Spiceland, Burn Harbor) - Wisconsin (Madison, Wausau, Eau Claire, Appleton, Milwaukee) - Minnesota (Minneapolis/St Paul) - Iowa (Des Moines) - Ohio (Columbus and London) - Pennsylvania (Erie, Pittsburgh and Harrisburg) - New York (Buffalo and Albany) - Connecticut (Enfield) - New Jersey (Bedminster) - Nevada (Las Vegas) - Arizona (Flagstaff) - Vermont (Brattleboro) Vetting: neutered, microchipped, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 3, lepto vaccine x 2, dewormed several times, on monthly flea and tick prevention, on monthly heartworm protection, heartworm tested (negative). Adoption fee: $550 (includes the $250 cost of transport from Oklahoma and all vetting listed above) Adoption application (copy and paste into a new browser window): https://form.jotform.com/82677586784176 FAQs (copy and paste into a new browser window): https://docs.google.com/document/d/12eb_SRtk1AzaBl87UltcLJ24MjH9UhQm_LE77iWZEQA/edit?tab=t.0 Desiderata Rescue is Oklahoma Licensed Rescue #95
