Story
Hi, I’m Handsome—and yes, I live up to my name! I’m an 8-month-old Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix with a whole lot of love to give. I’m still just a puppy, which means I’m learning all about the world around me. New places can feel a little overwhelming at first, so I might be a bit nervous until I get my bearings—but give me a little time and patience, and I’ll start to shine. Once I’m comfortable, I LOVE to run around, especially in a yard where I can stretch my legs and let loose. Toys are my favorite, and I’m always up for a good play session! I’m currently working on my leash manners (I’m a big guy, after all!), so I’ll need someone committed to helping me keep learning and growing into the best version of myself.

Story
I got Arlo from Petland in Orlando before they were shut down. As a puppy he showed signs of seizure like episodes so I brought it up to the vet. That vet told me it was a puppy thing he would grow out of. Fast forward a year and we come home to a kennel coated in bloody diarrhea and his urine is clear. The emergency vet and our original vet claimed he has Addison’s disease. We left the original vet and now go to another vet who does not believe it is Addison’s disease and we have him on medication for the seizures he would “grow out of”. We just had our first baby and I cannot handle his size or his problems on top of our newest addition. We’ve tried rehoming him before to no avail so we’re running out of options. He deserves a home who can spend the time with him and care for his needs. He’s great with other dogs and cats, we don’t know about children. He is a wanderer and has escaped our yard a few times to explore and has always came back. Please help us

Story
I am a very sweet and gorgeous girl who sadly ended up here in the shelter because my owners were moving and couldn’t bring me with them. I came here with my sister, Zoey, but we can be adopted together or separately! I am both crate-trained and house-trained, and I love car rides! I am a super smart girl, and I already know commands, such as “sit”, “down”, “come”, “paw”, and “stay”. I have lived well with younger and older children! I have lived with my sister and met other dogs, but it takes me some time to warm up to new canine friends.I am playful, affectionate, and I have a gentle side, too. I can only hope that some of this lands with you! If you are looking for a best friend with brains and beauty AND one who can offer the perfect balance of play and affection - I just might be the perfect match!Weighs around 80 lbs - Good with other dogs - Good with children - House-trained - Loves car rides & walks!
