I took him in to help a friend in poor health, but my full-time job and business travel make it difficult to provide him with the consistent attention and care a large dog like him deserves. Murphy is well-trained, listens to commands, and is ready for a family with a schedule that allows for more quality time.Murphy is:• Kind, wonderful, and well-behaved indoors• Well-trained and obedient to basic commands• Friendly with other dogs in the same room• House trained, leash trained, and microchipped• Spayed, neutered, and fully vaccinatedMurphy absolutely loves the water—especially playing with a hose! I got Arlo from Petland in Orlando before they were shut down. As a puppy he showed signs of seizure like episodes so I brought it up to the vet. That vet told me it was a puppy thing he would grow out of. Fast forward a year and we come home to a kennel coated in bloody diarrhea and his urine is clear. The emergency vet and our original vet claimed he has Addison’s disease. We left the original vet and now go to another vet who does not believe it is Addison’s disease and we have him on medication for the seizures he would “grow out of”. We just had our first baby and I cannot handle his size or his problems on top of our newest addition. We’ve tried rehoming him before to no avail so we’re running out of options. He deserves a home who can spend the time with him and care for his needs. He’s great with other dogs and cats, we don’t know about children. He is a wanderer and has escaped our yard a few times to explore and has always came back. Please help us
