Story
We adopted Gracie from the shelter in August thinking she would be a good dog to protect our property and small homestead. We were very unprepared for her extremely anxious personality and not fully educated on the Great Pyrenees breed. We have lots of room for her on our property, yet she still roams to unsafe places. No fences, gps collars, gates have been able to contain her. Instead, of protecting our chickens, she eats them. We have had lots of very successful training and once she gets bored or smells something she wants to tack all training goes out the window as far as recall goes. She is an independent dog. We haven't gotten her to play fetch or play with us, but does play well with our other dog. She is sweet and does love a good belly rub. She walks well on a leash and knows sit and heel. She is smart and does well during training sessions but then usuaĺly runs away after. She has extreme anxiety/fear of the crate. We we are still working on crate training her.

Story
Phantom came to the rescue the rescue with his bother. He was very malnourished. Phantom does like to play. He is shy so he will need a patient person. He gets nervous around a new surroundings but once he calms he is good. He loves attention, loves going on walks and sun bathing. He also loves water.

GP Fiona Fluff came to us from a kill shelter in Indiana. This is a nice, friendly girl who is good with people & other dogs. She is very sweet, happy but would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building. Her approx. birth date is 07/04/24 and she currently weighs 67#. We are guessing at her breed make up. She is house trained! She has been vet. checked, spayed, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. She is heart worm & tick born illness negative. Her adoption donation is $350 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card. We do not ship or transport.Please email for an application if you would like to provide this nice kid with her forever home. ##2470285##

Francine Fluff came to us from a kill shelter in Kentucky. This is a nice, friendly girl who is good with people & other dogs.
