Story
Please help us find Bear a loving home! Bear is a 7 year old Great Pyrenees mix. He is about 75lbs. He is a loving companion and very smart. He gets excited when guests come over but is otherwise low-energy. He does not jump. We adopted him from a shelter when he was a puppy. He enjoys older kids but is unsure about toddlers and babies (he'll just walk away - not aggressive!). He does well with other dogs but likely wouldn't do well with cats. He knows quite a few tricks/commands.The perfect family for Bear would be one that will walk and brush him regularly, has a house/yard with plenty of space for him, and will give him lots of pets and snuggles. In our current stage of life, financial state, and other responsibilities, we no longer have the means, time, or space to provide Bear with the home he deserves. It's not a decision we take lightly, but it is best for our family and for Bear so that he can have the best life possible.

Story
Sweet, smart little guy. Will probably be about 80 pounds grown though. All puppy but is learning so fast. Has been around cats and he wants to play and eat their food but no aggression with them at all. Of course they are not fond of a pesky puppy. He is not housebroken but is going outside to do his #2, just squats quickly to pee, so working on that. He has had 2 sets of vaccinations and will be ready for neuter when age appropriate. This is a courtesy listing so if interested, we will direct you to the application. Keep in mind he will be a big furry boy so plan on lots of brushing and regular grooming.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Baxter is one of five pups that were found abandoned under a bridge near Butler OK.  Baxter has been in the shelter too long and is in need of a forever family. He is friendly with people and is curious and energetic, but due to being confined in the shelter for so long is very shy. The Catahoula breed is known for "extreme intelligence".  He needs a secure fenced yard. He is ready to be trained and will make a great companion as he is eager to please and have attention. A playmate would make his life complete. 2 years in a sanctuary makes gaining trust a process, but he would be so worth it and is very deserving of a family.
