Story
Howdy!! The name is Dillinger, and I am one amazing canine!! My mom was dumped with 5 other dogs at a run down house in a rural area. The owners just left them there to mostly fend for themselves. Every couple of weeks or so they might have come by and gave them food or water. 4 of these dogs were large dogs, so one bag of food didn't last. Lucky for them, a nice family befriended them all and began providing daily nourishment. When you have intact males and females, you know what will happen. My mom and her assumed sister both got pregnant with 2 puppies each. I am the result of one of those puppies and the last left to be rescued. I'm a little shy, but love to play ball. I am also leash and crate trained. Boy have I come a long way! Now I am ready for my forever home. I hope that family is yours!! *** We strive to ensure our dogs are going to a safe, loving and caring home. Phone interviews are required for all adoptions****December 26, 2025, 11:40 am

Story
Hola!! My name is Queso. Isn't that a cool name!! Makes you hungry don't it? I had a rough start in life. You see, I was dumped with my sister along the highway. Left to fend for our little puppy selves. It was just awful!! we were scared, hungry, thirsty and hot. At one point, I guess I got too close to the road and hit....boy did that hurt! Some nice lady picked us up and called Lucies. Thank God they had room for us!! They took us to the vet to get all checked out. My sister was fine, but I wasn't. I had a broken leg and a cracked pelvis. Surgery was out of the question because it was too expensive. Luckily, a foster mom stepped up and took me in and helped with my recovery. About a month later, I went back to the vet and lo and behold a miracle happened!! I was healed!! Tender loving care and Divine intervention healed me!! I am now cleared to be a puppy and do puppy things! I'm super cute and very adventurous. I need a family who has the stamina to play with me and keep me occupied. I sure hope that family is yours!!! *** We strive to ensure our dogs are going to a safe, loving and caring home. Phone interviews are required for all adoptions****December 26, 2025, 11:40 am

Despite her young age, Mimi isn't your typical high-energy teenager. She is a gentle, laid-back lady who seems to take it upon herself to make sure everyone around her feels safe and loved. Why Mimi is Special: The Ultimate Nanny: Mimi has a natural instinct to care for others. She is incredibly patient and gentle, making her an ideal companion for people of all ages—from the tiniest toddlers to seniors. A Friend to All: Whether it’s other dogs or humans, Mimi greets the world with a wagging tail and a calm heart. She is the definition of "mellow." Easy-Going Lifestyle: While she enjoys a nice stroll, Mimi is happiest when she’s lounging nearby, keeping a watchful and loving eye on her family. Health Note: Mimi is currently Heartworm positive, but don't let that discourage you! She is completely asymptomatic (acting totally healthy and happy) and has already started her treatment. The Best Part: The rescue is committed to Mimi’s journey to full health. They will provide her heartworm treatment at no cost to the adopter until she tests negative. You provide the home and the love; the rescue handles the medicine.
