Story
"King is is a loving, affectionate senior dog looking for a calm and caring forever home. He has a gentle soul and forms strong bonds with the people he loves. He enjoys being close, soaking up affection, and spending quality time with his human. He still has a great zest for life and absolutely loves running, outdoor walks, and being surrounded by nature. He would be a perfect companion for someone who enjoys an outdoorsy lifestyle walks, trails, or simply spending time outside.King gets along well with cats and other animals, as well as female dogs. He may not do well with other male dogs, so he would be happiest as the only male dog in the home. He would thrive in a peaceful environment with someone patient and kind who understands the loyalty and love an older dog brings. In return, he’ll offer endless affection, companionship, and a devoted heart." If interested, please contact Courtney via Courtneyfitch02@gmail.com or (409) 350-8242

Story
"Lucy is a very sweet dog, I found her in January roaming around my neighborhood. I think she was dumped by someone. She is a little shy at first but when she warms up to you she’s super cuddly and loves to lick you. I have a Virgo who has been her best friend and they get along great. They took a while to warm up to each other due to my corgi being territorial. She has all of her shots, she’s up to date on her heartworm, flea, and tick. She is spayed and chipped as well. Since being with me she has learned how to walk on a leash and has gotten better about riding in the car but she still will need someone who’s willing to work with her. She’s potty trained and has gotten much better about chewing as she’s grown up. I have a chain link fence and she does jump it but she does not dig." Story
Sandy showed up in our neighborhood last March. She is a perfect loving dog. At almost 7 yrs old she is leash trained, housebroken, loving, travels well and gets along with balanced dogs. She is perfectly happy being loved on all day. She is basically indifferent with other dogs. She will sniff then go about her business.. She has never learned to play. We do not know how long she was by herself but came from New Caney, TX where owner gave her to neighbor when she was 2.5 yrs. old because she always escaped. Vet said she has very worn down teeth due to chewing her way out of kennels. cables, chains, etc. It took her a couple of weeks to feel at home. She is a loving gentle giant and very vocal when she wants to be loved on. .She does not bark and is not food, people, or dog aggressive. She loves everyone and never met a stranger.
