Story
Lacy is an 8-month-old Lab / Great Pyrenees / Golden Retriever mix with the sweetest soul and so much love to give. At first glance, she may seem painfully shy — but give her a little patience and kindness, and you’ll watch her transform. Once Lacy feels safe, her outgoing and playful personality shines through. Her love for other dogs is stronger than her fear of new people, and she gains so much confidence from her furry friends. A home with another friendly, playful dog would truly help her continue to blossom. Lacy is full of youthful energy and absolutely loves to play — whether it’s backyard zoomies, wrestling with dog buddies, or exploring the world by your side. After she’s had her fun, she’s happy to relax and enjoy the comfort of home. She’s already a superstar when it comes to manners: Great with kids Wonderful with other animals Potty trained Crate trained Leash trained Lacy is looking for a patient, loving family who will give her the time she needs to build trust. Story
Yuki is a 3 year old 86 pound Great Pyrenees! He is being fostered in Huntsville,AL and is available for transport and the approved adopter will be responsible for the transport fee. Yuki was primarily raised as an indoor pup without other pup playmates, so exhibits some stress when alone. He has loved being at his foster’s with a big yard and other dogs to play with. He does well with dogs of all sizes and has quickly realized and become sensitive to the fact that he is too large for some of his 20 lb playmates, which is really good. He has become pretty gentle in his few weeks at his fosters, primarily because he gets a lot of outdoor play time. He does need a pup playmate close to his size that provides him a since of security. He has been diagnosed with a seizure issue and takes daily medication, levetirace, for it. His foster is still learning about him, but so far, he is just a great happy boy. If you are interested in adopting Yuki please fill out an application on our website forrescue.net. He is being fostered in Huntsville, AL.

Story
MayLee would make a wonderful family companion, farm dog, or potential livestock guardian. She would do best in a home with at least an acre of space where she can run and explore. MayLee loves being around her people and enjoys playing fetch for exercise. She has a very sweet temperament and is happy to relax for much of the day as long as she gets time to run and stretch her legs. Right now, she spends most of her time outdoors, near the chickens in their coop/run, and sleeps in the laundry room at night. She knows basic commands. She does great with children and is a loyal, attentive companion. She is protective and playful. She currently chases off feral cats from the porch, but with proper introductions, she should be able to adjust to other animals. MayLee is looking for a loving home where she’ll have space to roam, a job to do, and people to spend time with
