Story
Buddy is a one and a half year old Great Pyrenees mix. He came from a farm where he was allowed to roam freely. He was surrendered to FOCCAS because his humans could no longer care for him due to health problems. Buddy is looking for someone to put some time into training him in basic commands and house manners and take him on walks. FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Buddy's adoption fee is $275. Story
Jerry has been raised around kids and a small dog since we rescued him when he was four months old. He is now three and he’s still such a gentle giant. We have had an unexpected change in finances and are looking to rehome him to someone who is experienced with Great Pyrenees. He is house trained and is currently an inside dog. He would be good to transition to an outside dog and is very good at guarding his home. He has never shown aggression. He has horrible car anxiety due to me working from home and being a homebody. We will get his shots up-to-date as well as fixing him if you were interested in giving him a loving home. The only thing that we ask is, if you end up changing your mind after getting him to please reach out to us and we will find the proper home for him. Our kids are very attached to him so a few pictures every now and then would be much appreciated as well!

Story
Stella has been part of our family for nearly two years, and this is a very difficult decision because we truly love her. She is sweet, affectionate, housebroken, and crate trained, and she has done well living in a busy home with our teenagers. We believe, however, that she would thrive in a quieter home with plenty of space and preferably as the only dog. Stella does have some resource guarding around food and can be aggressive with other dogs in those situations, so we currently feed her separately. She has also nipped at people, and about four months ago she bit our adult son when he stepped into the middle of a fight between her and another dog. We want to be completely honest about that history. We believe Stella would do best with an experienced owner, no other dogs, and room to roam and enjoy life. She really is a loving dog, and our biggest priority is finding the right home where she can be successful and deeply loved.
