04/09/26 Have you met Wiggles yet? You should! This sweet 6 year old is looking forward to his new life. Wiggles came to the shelter in January severely underweight but since he has been here he has gained over 10 pounds! He can be a little nervous at first but when he opens up he blossoms. Wiggles is always asking for attemtion from the people he knows and asks for pets. Wiggles has been experencing a lot of kennel stress from being at the shelter for so long and he needs someone who will give him some time to decompress in a new home. This sesetive soul just wants a home where he can be himself. Will you be the one to make Wiggles`s dreams come true? 06/06/26 15:42What I did today:Wiggles had an exhilarating 3-mile adventure through the neighborhood, soaking in all the sights and delightful smells around him! He then excitedly explored the bustling local shopping center before discovering the perfect grassy patch to frolic and roll around in bliss. To top it all off, he made a special stop at Pup Plaza, showering his humans with love and affection to show just how much he appreciated their company!What to know about this dog:• Allows full handling – including paws, ears, and hugs• Enthusiastic about car trips – hops in and out of the car with pure joy, excited to explore• Well-mannered and gentle – Always polite and exceptionally respectful when accepting treats from handlersThree words to describe me:Affectionate, Easy-going, Warmhearted05/05/26What I did today (4/29):Today Wiggles went on a 5-mile adventure at Hellyer Park, full of great sniffs and fun, goofy grass rolls! He was such a brave boy, brushing off a few barky dogs. Since our last walk, he’s feeling much more confident, taking treats gently and even “sitting” on command!What to know about this dog:• Great loose leash walker – kept a steady, calm pace, if he gets caught up in a “sniff” he is easy to redirect, also checks in with his human friends• Loves people – total lovebug, very affectionate and cuddly• Tail wagging commuter – loves car rides, easy to get in and out of the car, sits happily, ready for his next adventure• Not reactive to dogs or geese, he was curious about squirrels but had no desire to chase themThree words to describe me:Affectionate, Gentle, Companionable05/05/26What I did today (3/25):Today I went on a five and a half mile adventure
