Harlo is one of three Greyhounds—also known as Galgos—who made the long journey from Spain in search of a better life. If you’re familiar with the plight of Galgos, you know just how lucky these dogs are to have survived and found their way to safety at ARC. Harlo is incredibly sweet, but he’s also very fearful. Sadly, this is likely due to severe abuse in his past. You can see it in his eyes—but you can also see hope. He’s already making progress every single day. Harlo will need a calm, patient home with someone willing to give him the time and space to learn that he’s safe.
