Story
She's a mutt from the shelter cuz I rescued her as a puppy. She's 10 years old, but is still very spry and quick. She's nervous around new people, but after a little consistency she'll know you and trust you and always protect and look out for you. She's smart as a whip so if anything around you is new or different or moving, she'll bark and let you know. This includes any people, so no one will ever ever break into your home without you knowing. Great dog in the house- she learns where you want/don't want her to go very quickly and she never has accidents. She'll want attention and pets for 5 minutes, then she'll go chill in her bed by herself for 3 hours. Loves walks and car rides, but is just fine if she doesn't get them, too

Story
Hi, I'm Belle. Like a Southern Belle :) I was living on the streets until somebody took my picture one day without my permission... RUDE! They posted my picture on Facebook and animal control picked me up the next day. From there I made my way to a foster home with The Rescue House, where I am learning what its like to be loved and cared for properly.  I had some large mammary tumors that my rescuers removed for my own comfort. I wish my previous hoomans had me spayed so I wouldn't have had mammary tumors in the first place... They were quite uncomfortable. I also had a dental where they stole some of my teeth and cleaned the rest. These hoomans are strange! But NOW I am in tip top shape. All I need is my family to find me and let me live with them FUREVER :) I am available for adoption now! I am looking for a home with someone that will let me cuddle them and let me chew on my toys. I do have a good amount of energy for a "senior dog." I can run fast, but I also love cuddles. I will need to be in a home with no kids or cats. I need someone that has a lot of patience because I am scared of new people and new dogs. I took a few months to get used to my current foster home. I am estimated to be around 8 or 9 years old, so I have plenty of life ahead of me. I could be a whippet mix, but since I am a rescue dog they say they don't really know.  Please let me live with you FURever! I don't want to be an orphan forever :( Apply to Adopt Belle ---> https://ifilmheroes.com/Adoption-Application ##2762163##
