Zelda is a beautiful purebred Greyhound with a sleek black coat who is looking for a new loving home. She was born in 2017 in Texas and has never raced. This sweet girl has a lot of soul and loves long walks, playing tug of war, and enjoying a good piece of chicken. I adopted her from a friend about a year ago, but due to changes in my schedule and life circumstances, I am unable to give her the attention she deserves. She is a gentle and affectionate companion who will bring joy to any home. If you are interested in providing a loving home for her, please reach out. She will be a loyal and loving addition to your family.

He’s the kind of dog who looks at you with soulful eyes that say, “I just want to be your best friend.” 💛 Cody’s story is one of heartbreak and hope. He was cruelly abandoned by his owners and left on the side of the road. For days, he stayed in the same spot, refusing to eat—waiting faithfully for the people he loved to come back. When our partner, SOS el Arca Animal Rescue, heard about the dog who wouldn’t leave, they rushed to his side. They knew this loyal boy needed to be rescued and given a second chance. Thanks to their compassion and dedication, Cody is now safe, cared for, and ready to start the next chapter of his life—with a family who will never let him down again. This handsome boy is affectionate, loyal, and eager to please. He can be a little shy at first, but with gentle encouragement and patience, his true, playful personality shines through. Cody would do beautifully in a home with another confident dog to show him the ropes—or with a compassionate adopter ready to help him build his confidence and trust again. Cody gets along wonderfully with other dogs, is gentle with children, and remains calm and polite around cats—making him a perfect addition to many loving homes. Meet PIPER! Piper is a beautiful Greyhound mix who was rescued from a rural NC shelter and has been in a foster home way too long. Piper is approximately 8.5 years old and weighs 55 lbs. She is a calm girl and loves to lay around, but she does have a tendency to howl at night. We are not sure where she gets the howling from, but we believe she would do best in a rural setting (quiet neighborhood vs apartment) due to this. Piper adores people and loves to snuggle. Piper is great on a leash and although a very calm dog, it takes her a long time to warm up to other dogs. We recommend being the only pet. She is also NO CATS (she will stalk them).
