Sugarcane is a little 5 yr old girl. We do not really know her past except she was running through a field of sugarcane. She is a calm dog but also skittish. We started by putting a long leash on her and we also put a gps collar on her. This will transfer with her (for free) and the adopter will be given one year of service for free as well ($250/value all together). Sugarcane should go to a home with other animals as this is her comfort. She will also need a home that is patient and kind and understands that time is their friend when it comes to skittish dogs. They need a lot of time to come around.  Adoption fee is $475 which helps cover all of the medical for all of the dogs in the rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and many have received further treatment for such conditions as lump removal, severe ear infections, dental cleanings, bloodwork, leg injuries, etc..                        We do out of state adoptions but require a submitted application, a home visit (sometimes we cannot get this done and then we can not adopt), and the adopter must come to Las Vegas to meet the potential dog(s), possibly adopt, and then drive the dog back.      Disclaimer: The SNBRF has the right to deny applications based on our adoption policies established for the consideration of the health, safety, and well-being of the dog. Beagles can have a lifespan of 15-18 years therefore beagles under 3 years of age will not be adopted to anyone over the age of 62. Blue Falcon is a sweet guy but scares easily. He is nervous with new places and new people. He is around 5-6 yrs of age even though he looks older. He is happy and gets along with all the dogs of all ages and even plays with the puppies. He absolutely loves toys. Loves to carry them all over and play keep away.  He will need someone who takes it slow and he will likely need another dog for companionship.
