Story
Pete is a purebred Beagle puppy, born July 9, 2025. He has a sister named Penny—they can be adopted together, but it’s not required.
Pete is funny, loving, and full of personality. He’ll make you laugh with his silly antics and, like any Beagle pup, he absolutely loves to play. He’s social, sweet, and ready to bring joy to his future family.
A little note from Pete's foster Mom:
"Pete is a sweet snuggle bug. He has energy and loves every dog he meets. He is learning to walk on a leash, and doesn’t bark at dogs or people. He is "go go go" until he passes out for a couple of naps and then goes to sleep in his crate at night. He is a little timid at first but he is eager to please and loves affection".
Pete was surrendered to us by a breeder. Unfortunately, many breeders dispose of puppies if they don’t sell quickly—something we see far too often. Pete is one of the lucky ones. He is healthy and thriving, and now just needs a loving home.
If you know Beagles, you already know how wonderful they are—loyal, curious, affectionate, and full of charm. Pete is all of that and more.
Reach out if you’d like to meet Pete or learn more about adopting him (or Penny!).
His adoption fee is $750.00 which includes vetting and neutering. We are a small rescue, and a portion of this fee helps support the ongoing care of our dogs, including Milo, a Little Cavalier who requires surgery on both back legs. This is how we ensure every dog receives the proper medical care and support they deserve. Please note our adoption policies: We do not adopt to families with young children. Seniors are encouraged to consider adopting a more mature dog. We do not adopt out of State unless the adopter has a second home in our area. Thank you for understanding and for supporting responsible rescue and adoption.
