Mufasa is a big, brindle sweetheart with an even bigger personality. He may get very excited to greet you at first, but once he's gotten his wiggles out, he's perfectly happy to settle down right at your feet. This goofy boy has a wonderful temperament and loves being around his people.
According to his previous owner, Mufasa did well with kids, cats, and other dogs. He's also crate trained and has a soft spot for fluffy blankets, making him the perfect cuddle companion after a day of fun.

This dog is currently housed at our shelter. If you are interested, please come in at your earliest availability during our open hours, no appointment necessary. We do same-day adoptions, do not hold dogs, and work on a first-come, first-served basis as long as it is an excellent fit for both parties. Dog adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine (if age-appropriate), distemper/parvo combination vaccine, leptospirosis vaccine (if age-appropriate), bordetella vaccine, deworming, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea preventative, a dental cleaning (if necessary), and a microchip. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.
