Story
Meet Comet & Chardonnay! 🐾🤎 Some bonds are simply too special to break, and Comet and Chardonnay are the perfect example. These two precious pups have been through everything together, and now they’re looking for a forever home where they can continue their journey side by side. They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Comet is a gorgeous champagne-colored Lab mix with a big heart and an affectionate soul. He can be a little anxious and sometimes needs extra reassurance to feel safe and secure, but having his best friend Chardonnay by his side makes all the difference. Comet is also the more vocal of the two and isn’t afraid to let you know what he’s thinking! Chardonnay is a precious Beagle mix with a quiet, sweet demeanor and a little more confidence than her brother. She’s the calmer, more outgoing half of this dynamic duo and absolutely loves cuddling—especially when she gets to snuggle up with Comet. Her gentle presence helps Comet feel safe, and together, they make the perfect pair. These two have been each other’s constant through thick and thin. They’ve survived everything life has thrown their way, and their love and loyalty to one another are truly beautiful to see. They’re looking for a patient, loving human who understands that Comet may need a little extra time and reassurance to feel comfortable, and who will cherish the special bond these two share. If you have room in your heart for two incredibly special dogs, Comet and Chardonnay are ready to find a family who will never separate them. Give them the chance to continue their story together, and you’ll gain not one, but two best friends for life. 🤎 Fill out a Match Me form online at: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CAST/Dog to be preapproved. All C.A.R.E rescue dogs are vaccinated, heart-worm tested, spayed/neutered, and microchipped! So all you need to provide is the love. Our adoption fee is a minimum $150 tax deductible donation.
