She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, loves children, and enjoys being part of family activities. She's the type of dog who wants to be where her people are, whether that's playing in the yard, going for a walk, or simply relaxing together after a fun day. Story
Meet Daisy Belle ❤️Some dogs come into your life with a story. Daisy Belle came with a mystery. She was found in a very remote area on a farm, and no one knows how she ended up there. What we do know is that whoever adopts Daisy Belle will be gaining an absolute treasure. At 28 pounds of pure love, Daisy Belle is one of the sweetest, most affectionate dogs you'll ever meet. She bonds quickly and deeply with her people and simply wants to be where you are. Whether you're relaxing on the couch, working around the house, or settling in for the night, Daisy Belle is happiest by your side. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and cats, never causing a fuss. If another pet wants to play, she's happy to join in. If not, she's perfectly content to go with the flow. Her easygoing nature makes her a wonderful companion in a variety of households. Daisy Belle loves treats, looks forward to every meal, and has excellent house manners. She is fully potty trained, happily goes outside to do her business, and comes right back in. At bedtime, she loves to snuggle and sleeps soundly through the night. While Daisy Belle isn't a fan of being crated, she doesn't need one. She is well-behaved in the home and doesn't spend her time getting into mischief. She can stay home alone when necessary, but she would thrive with a family where someone is around much of the time. More than anything, she loves companionship and being part of the daily routine. As for her breed mix, your guess is as good as ours! She appears to be a unique combination of Basset Hound and Boxer or perhaps Basset Hound and Bulldog. Whatever her DNA may say, the result is a one-of-a-kind girl with a big heart, a charming personality, and plenty of love to give. Daisy Belle's beginnings may be a mystery, but her future is easy to imagine: curled up beside the people she loves, finally home where she belongs.   Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested in helping this girl!!!!!!  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.July 13, 2026, 11:49 am

Story
Meet McCoy – the sweetest little sidekick you didn’t know you were missing. At just 4.5 months old and 24 pounds, McCoy is a delightful mix of silly, snuggly, and smart. He may be a tiny bit shy at first, but give him a little patience and you’ll quickly discover his playful personality and affectionate heart. McCoy comes from a pretty interesting family tree! His mom is a Heeler/Beagle mix and his dad is a cream-colored Goldendoodle, which resulted in one very unique and adorable pup. He has the coloring of his siblings but favors his Beagle-mix mama in looks — with short little legs, a loooong Basset-style body, and a thick, medium-length coat that’s perfect for cuddling. Though he was born outside and spent his early weeks living outdoors with his parents and littermates, McCoy is now thriving inside a loving foster home. He’s learning all about family life — from the excitement of greeting you at the door (he gives the best welcome-home kisses!) to living with young boys ages 6 and 10. Every day he grows braver and more confident. At first, the big dogs in his foster home made him a little nervous — but now? He’s happily part of the crew. He absolutely loves to run and play outside, and fetch with tennis balls is quickly becoming one of his favorite games. And yes… he is SMART. You can just see those wheels turning. One of the most special things about McCoy is how deeply he bonds with his people. When his foster mom recently had a terrible migraine, McCoy instinctively curled up beside her and stayed close, offering quiet comfort. He’s not just cute — he truly cares. His activity level is beautifully balanced. He enjoys playtime and adventures, but he’s just as happy snuggled up right next to you. With a loving, supportive family, McCoy is going to absolutely bloom into the best kind of companion — loyal, joyful, and full of heart. He is expected to grow to around 45–50 pounds when fully grown. If you’re looking for a special boy who is adorable inside and out, McCoy may be your perfect match. To learn more about McCoy, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com. We transport from our rescue base in Nashville up the northeastern corridor of states to approved adopters. McCoy is ready to find his forever family — maybe it’s you. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.July 13, 2026, 11:49 am
