You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.ATDR 3881Hi there! My name’s Lucy, and I’m a 12-year-young rescue pup who was just sprung from the shelter in the nick of time! They were about to euthanize me, but now I’m living the dream with my awesome foster family. I’m a little underweight at the moment, but I’m going to fill out and be the cutest, small standard-sized lady you’ve ever seen. I’m super active for my age (who says you can't be spry at 12?) and love to keep moving. But hey, I’m also a fan of lounging in the big bed after a busy day, or chilling in my kennel – both work for me. Now, I’m a quick learner – it took me just 15 minutes to figure out the doggie door! I’ve had a couple of accidents, but that’s no big deal. I’m getting the hang of this whole housebreaking thing. I’m very treat and food driven, which is a great thing for training! You can use snacks to win my heart, though I’m not aggressive – I’m all about the love! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 I get along well with other pups of all sizes, but those cats? They look kinda mean… I’ll need some time to get used to them. I was named Beautiful at the shelter, but my foster parents decided to call me Lucy, and guess what? I really like it and respond to it now! I’m looking for a family who wants a loyal, loving companion. I’m learning to be social, and with time, I know I’ll fit in perfectly. If you want a sweet, energetic girl who’s ready to bring joy into your life, pick me – I promise I’ll be the most loyal lady you could ever have!I love to be with other dogs but my most important person is my human. I'd rather be with my human.
