We were working on helping her fix all the ferals and keeping the kittens to socialize them. She ended up catching these guys and we brough them to the rescue. We named them all after the show S.W.A.T Now he's ready for his new home! Meet SERGEANT DANIEL "HONDO" HARRELSON, a kitten with a big personality. Shy at first, he quickly warms up to reveal his goofy and friendly nature. Independent, yet sociable, he's a bundle of contradictions. HONDO's curiosity knows no bounds, and he's always up for exploring new toys or corners. His bravery shines through during playtime, boldly pouncing on unsuspecting toy spring. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability. The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below. The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the phone interview and home check have been done.. Hi! I'm Twizzler! I'm a SUPER friendly playful kitten with lots and lots of love to give! I'm kind of the biggest goober ever... I don't have a mean bone in my body, and I absolutely ADORE playtime! You may have noticed I'm listed as "special needs". That's because I have something called Cerebellar Hyperplasia or "CH" or "wobbly cat syndrome" You can read a little more about this condition in the link down below, but in my case it just means I need a few simple accommodations to live a normal, long life, such as carpet or rugs in the home to help me get around, and a low entry litterbox with high sides I can lean against I'd need a single-story home, or to just need the stairs blocked off with a baby gate so I don't fall down the stairs. I totally eat on my own, I just prefer a small plate instead of a bowl so I can lay down and eat I'll need a home with folks around most of the time to keep an eye on me, especially in the first few months, as I acclimate to my new enrvironment. The top question I get about my CH is whether I am litterboxed trained, and happily in my case the answer is a resounding YES! I use my box like a champ! As I mentioned above, I just need a box with a low doorway and high sides - no big deal! I really dont know that there's anything different about me, and I radiate joy and happiness all day, every day. You can't help but feel happy too watching me navigate life without a care in the world! I definitely enjoy human affection and will curl up for snuggles and loves after playtime (which can last for hours hahaha). I have a super loud purr motor and I give adorable little bonks and kisses to your hands and face during cuddles I'd love to go to a home with another friendly, playful cat or kitten present for me to play with, but I'd also be okay as the only kitty in the home if my humans are around most of the time so he I have an outlet for all of my energy and silly antics I would be a great kitty for pet-friendly children to keep engaged and play with You might have noticed I have a wonky eye. Anhika is nearly three years old (she was born April 3, 2021), and was adopted as a kitten at a rescue in Huntington Beach, CA. Per a Wisdom Panel DNA test, she is 92% American Domestic Cat and 8% Siamese and Oriental Shorthair. She is an active kitty, and she loves attention. I am downsizing for a relocation out of state, and I am unable to take Anhika with me.

These two sweet one-year-old boys were abandoned by their previous owners and were taken in by an emergency foster. They are a bonded pair and should be kept together. They were outdoor cats, but have been kept inside by their fosters and have done wonderfully. Both are house-trained and incredibly gentle, and they have shown no signs of being destructive with furniture. The tuxedo Keith is super cuddly, always rolling over for belly rubs and wanting to be near people, though he's also happy to do nothing but sleep. Spork, the grey cat, is a bit more reserved in new environments, but his equally sweet personality comes out once he gets comfortable in his space. They've had limited exposure to dogs, and their foster is actively working on acclimating them to being around dogs. We're unsure how they would be with kids, but their gentle and patient demeanors are a good sign for how they may be. Both are fixed, though we aren't sure how up-to-date they are on vaccinations.
